College-bound students learn how to make versatile, delicious meals using pantry staples like pasta, rice, and eggs. The focus is on affordability, ease, nutrition, minimal measuring and kitchen confidence. This is a 3 hour class consisting of  demonstration and Hands-on partcipation. (what does this mean?).
Lessons include:
- Knife basics & simple prep
- Cooking with minimal equipment
- One pan dishes
- Creating new recipes.
- Batch cooking & leftovers
- Smart grocery shopping tips
- Food safety in a shared kitchen
