Chef’s Table is a relaxed, interactive dining experience where dinner meets a show. As I prepare and plate each of the six courses, I’ll share the ingredients, techniques, and stories behind the menu while answering questions along the way. It’s a wonderful way to spend an evening with friends, family, and a few new faces.

This is a seated, chef-prepared dinner rather than a hands-on cooking class.
