Students will learn to create and authentic and rich “Sunday” meat sauce, along with homemade meatballs, fresh pasta! We will be cooking with all scratch ingredients, using recipes from my family, along with classic techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hr class class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?).
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
