Students will learn how to make traditional Italian and Classic Italian-American Christmas cookies then put together a small cookie tray to take home. We will be using all scratch ingredients and professional techniques, that are easily duplicated at home.
This is a 2 1/2 hour class that consists of demonstration and some hands on participation (what does this mean?).
A small assortment of tasty bites will also be served during this class.
Please Note: Some classes may run longer depending on the size of the class and level of participation.
