What to Expect
Classes at Gio Culinary Studio may be hands-on, some hands-on, demonstration only, or interactive demonstration, depending on the class description. Hands-on classes include 50% or more student participation in the menu items, while some hands-on classes include 25% or more participation. Demonstration remains an important part of the learning process so students can observe technique, take notes, and ask questions.
All equipment and ingredients are provided, and each student receives a recipe or guide packet with the recipes and techniques used in class. A generous sampling of what is made in class is included.
