Students will learn how to make several delicious French Pastry utillizing the very versatile, and fail proof Pate Choux dough. We will be using scratch ingredients along with professional techniques that can be easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on participation.
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided, along with some antipasti and tasty bites.
