Students will learn to make a delicious Italian Steakhouse Dinner while working together. We will be using scratch ingredients along with traditional and professional techniques that can be easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?).
Feel free to bring your favorite bottle of wine to sip on during class!
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
