Street Food Series: Italian Panini January 23, 2020 6:15 p.m.


  • Florence: Schiacciata| Roasted Pork Loin| Truffle Aioli | Arugula
  • Palermo: Panino Siciliano| Chickpea Fritters| Caciocavallo Cheese | Lemon 
  • Naples: Panuozzo| Fresh Sausage| Broccoli Rapini| Buffalo Mozzarella
  • Rome: Piadina | Salami | Greens | Pecorino Romano 
Students will learn to create authentic Italian Regional Street Food Sandwiches, including all breads, fillings and condiments! We will be using all scratch ingredients, along with professional and traditional techniques, that can be easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?).
Bring your own wine to sip on during class!
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
