Students will learn make amazing restaurant quality small sharing plates from scratch. We will be using professional techniques and “tricks of the trade” to produce these delicious dishes, that can be easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hr class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on student participation (what does this mean?)
