 Students will learn how to properly and safely use a Chef’s Knife , how to choose the right knife and keep it sharp, along with other essential food prep techniques. Students will use their new skills to assist in producing some finished dishes to be enjoyed in class. This is a 2 1/2 hour class consisting of demonstration and hands-on participation (what does this mean?).

A generous sampling of all foods prepared in class will be provided.
Bring your favorite Chef Knife to be sharpened (optional)
