Students will learn how to make warm and comforting Italian soups using all scratch ingredients and professional techniques, that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hr class class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on participation (what does this mean?).

Bring some wine to sip on during class!
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
