Students will learn how to make classic Italian Restaurant Desserts all from scratch, using professional and traditional techniques that are easily reproduced at home. This is a 2.5 hr class consisting of demonstration only (what does this mean?).
 
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
