Students will learn to create fun Caribbean barbecue, all from scratch, including marinades, sides and dessert! We will be using traditional and professional techniques that can be easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hr class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on student participation (what does this mean?).
A generous sampling of all foods prepared in class will be provided.
