What does apericena mean in Italian?
The easiest way to describe apericena is that it’s a cross between the aperitivo and cena (which means “dinner” in Italian) . While aperitivo is really more about the cocktails, apericena is basically the perfect middle ground between a full-blown dinner and some bites.
