Students will learn how to prepare many seafood dishes and accompaniments to celebrate the classic Italian American Tradition, The Feast of the Seven Fish. We will be using scratch ingredients along with professional techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is 2 1/2 hour class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on participation.
A generous sampling of all foods prepared in class will be provided.
Feel free to bring your favorite bottle of wine.
