Students will learn how to make delicious ravioli and filled pasta each paired with a delicious sauce. We will be using all scratch ingredients and professional techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class that consists of demonstration hands on participation.
Feel free to bring a bottle of wine to sip on during class.
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
