Students will learn all about gnocchi and dumplings, and how to create different varieties with simple to follow recipes. Each pasta will be paired with it's own sauce. We will be using all scratch ingredients, professional and traditional techniques that can be easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class consisting of demonstration and hands-on participation.
Bring your own wine is encouraged!
