Students will learn how to create delicious and authentic Japanese Street Food all from scratch! We will be using fresh natural ingredients along with professional and traditional techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hr class consisting of demonstration and hands-on student participation.
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
