- Paczki (Jam Filled Polish Doughnuts)
Students will learn how to make authentic and classic Polish cuisine, including doughs, fillings all from scratch! We will be using traditional and professional techniques that can be easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class consisting of demonstration and hands-on participation.
Bring some wine to sip on during class!
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
