Students will learn all about wood fired ovens and how to control temperatures in order to create amazing flavorful foods using only a wood heating source. We will be using scratch ingredients along with traditional and professional techniques that can be easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on participation.
Feel free to bring your favorite bottle of wine to sip on during class!
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
Sources for pre-assembled ovens and alternative home cooking methods will be provided during class.
