Students will learn to master several types of yeast bread Lessons including: Accurately scaling ingredients, functions of ingredients, proper fermentation and shaping , troubleshooting and more . We will be using traditional and professional techniques that can be easily duplicated at home.
This is a 2 1/2 hr class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on student participation.

A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
