Students will learn to make fresh cheese at home with local milk, cream and easy to find ingredients. The cheeses produced in class will be used to create some delicious dishes. We will be using scratch ingredients along with professional and traditional techniques that can be easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hr class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on participation.
A generous sampling of all foods made in class will be provided.

Feel free to bring a bottle of wine to sip in during class!
