Students will learn how to make classic Italian Spoon Desserts, "Dolci al Cucchiaio" all from scratch, using professional and traditional techniques that are easily reproduced at home. This is a 2.5 hr class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on student participation.
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
