Students will learn to make authentic Lasagna alla Bolognese, and the equally delicious Italian American Lasagna. all from scratch! We will be using professional and traditional techniques that are easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hour class consisting of demonstration and hands-on participation. Bring your favorite wine to sip on during class!
A generous sample of all foods made in class will be provided.
