  • Fresh Bread and Accompaniments 

Students will learn to produce authentic regional Italian sausages from start to finish scratch using fresh natural ingredients. The finished sausages will be prepared by grilling, and roasting with appropriate accompaniments. We will be using traditional and professional techniques that can be easily duplicated at home. This is a 2 1/2 hr class consisting of demonstration and some hands-on participation.
A generous sampling of all the foods prepared in class will be provided.
